Osprit already had their inReach devices, and they were being used well by the staff, however there were concerns around the monitoring, and whether the solution was being maximised. Guardian Angel were engaged to do a complete review of the platform and device set up.
A number of areas for improvement were found and executed. The Ospri inReach devices were moved to Guardian Angel where monitoring is based on their thorough understanding of the solution and how to best use it to keep staff safe.
All the Ospri Lone Workers had refresher training by Guardian Angel, including practising sending an SOS. Ospri and Guardian Angel now have total Peace of Mind that their Lone Workers are confident in the use of the inReach, and they are getting the most out of their solution.
